It begins a new season, a new course. Somebody restarts to the activity, others begin without knowing exactly what waits for them in this new adventure, the adventure of waking the senses up and sharpening the motive qualities, definitively to activate together our social life with that of the sport.
The physical moderate activity is recommended by all kinds of professionals of the health, but very especially when it is a question of an activity which not only wants to make wake up the functions motorboats of the individual but also the included perception psychological and spiritual.
The Karate Do is an excellent activity motorboat where the psychomotor activity and the mental activity will be in full action and without going into esoteric discussions, we will enter a much more spiritual dimension of which we were accustomed in other activities.
I have just done 17 years of career in this beautiful path and I can assure you that it has been one of my better investments, could have coexisted with the illusion of hundreds of neophytes who now can enjoy a base of knowledge that I believe that they it will be very useful to be able to be unrolled in any social or sports activity.
Now I am employed fully at the innovation trying to design and to plan methods of education that go forward to our times in order that in a future those who happen to me could give him new approach to our sports customs introducing in the physical activity a much more wide knowledge of the "BEING".
Karate Do simply can be defined as the Zen one in movement, be able to be in here and now in every moment and to enjoy each of the instants without forgetting that each of us we will perceive in a different way the instant of every action of our body-mental-spirit.
The school of Karate Do of the CKSC opens his doors for a new course with the intention of overcoming any obstacle and of working very hardly, because we like what we do and believe that we can change the things.
